Geopolitics: The Adjustment of Global Supply Chain and Policy

研討會目的：

在美中貿易戰及Covid-19疫情下，全球供應鏈產生重大變化；隨著俄烏戰爭僵持，美國與俄羅斯及中國對抗加深，地緣政治衝突白熱化，因應地緣政治風險，更成為跨國企業全球佈局不可忽略的因素。而基於強化供應鏈靭性，確保國家安全，各國政府的政策也不斷推陳出新。

基於此，本次研討會以「地緣政治下，全球產業供應鏈之調整與政策」為主軸，邀請美國、歐盟、日本、韓國，以及東協等專家學者，共同探討因應地緣政治衝突下，主要國家的產業因應及供應鏈調整政策。除了研析如何因應地緣政治總體趨勢變化，建構產業政策外；也將針對深受地緣政治影響的半導體及電動車產業進行研討，了解國際分工最新發展趨勢，以協助企業降低營運風險，落實全球化佈局；並可做為政府研擬相關政策的參考。

The US-China trade war and the Covid-19 pandemic significantly impact the global supply chain. The conflict between Russia and Ukraine further increases geopolitical tensions. As a result, multinational corporations need to take geopolitical risk into consideration while formulating their global business strategies. Governments are also introducing new policies to safeguard national security and ensure supply chain resilience. This conference is convened to discuss the adjustments and policies made by major countries in response to geopolitics. The conference will also focus on the semiconductor and electric vehicle industries to facilitate companies minimize risks and achieve robust development.
