【主講人簡介】

　　Dr. Tom Harries於2014年加入彭博新能源財經。目前為BNEF離岸風電的首席分析師，專職於研究風能相關領域，近期尤其聚焦於離岸風電的未來成本趨勢、新技術發展及競標機制等議題上。

　　劉羽珅總監於2009年加入BNEF。目前主要負責於大中華區的業務與客戶服務，針對如公用事業、能源公司、投資者和政策制定者等客戶，在新能源開發和管理上提供各項協助。

【主講人簡歷】

Dr. Tom Harries
Tom works as an analyst in the wind energy team; looking at policy, technology and financing. Recently Tom has focused on offshore wind; researching future cost pathways into the next decade, floating technology and the impact of auctions on the sector.
Prior to joining Bloomberg New Energy Finance in 2014, Tom completed a PhD in Engineering at Cardiff University. His doctorate focused on tidal stream turbines. He also holds a Masters in Civil Engineering.

Yushen Liu
Yushen joined the company in 2009, she leads the BloombergNEF business in Greater China and is responsible for all the BloombergNEF commercial operation in this region. Working closely with both clients and internal stakeholders, Yushen builds strategic relationship between BNEF and key clients. Yushen also helps develop long term business strategy for BloombergNEF in this region. Yushen leads the team to develop and manage an impressive clients portfolio across utilities, energy corporates, investors and policy makers. She's also having the overall responsibility of marketing, events and localisation for BloombergNEF in China.
Yushen holds a MSc Degree on Human Resources Management and Organizational Analysis from King's College London.
