The Institute has established a Board of Directors, composed of 11 to 15 members. Among them, five are appointed directors, while the remainder are elected directors. All positions are unsalaried. The appointed directors are selected by the Premier of the Executive Yuan from individuals relevant to the Institute’s mission. Elected directors are chosen by the Board and serve a three-year term, with the possibility of reappointment.
