In order to strengthen the protection of Taiwan’s agricultural techniques and intellectual property rights (IPR) , this research is aimed at finding out the path and pattern by which Taiwan’s agricultural techniques and intellectual property were leaked to Mainland China, and how other developed countries deal with this kind of problem. In addition, this research will also study the IPR-related laws and regulations which are currently in force in Mainland China. After taking those results into consideration, this research will finally give some suggestions about how to protect Taiwan’s agricultural techniques and IPR in Mainland China.
