In this study, we review the fee structures and computing formulae adopted by foreign dispatch centers, i.e., NEMMCO in Australia. The reasons to choose NEMMCO as a case study is because of its renowned success in operation after deregulation and also because of the similarity existed between the market management organizations of Taiwan and Australia. Based on the results of the study we hope it can provide relevant references and enlighten the policy makers in the construction of the appropriate fee structure and computing formulae that are adapted with the special situation of the Taiwan ISO.
