CLA commissioned the Chilee Institute of Technology to work out the study report based on a “static simulation” mode, which is different from the “dynamic simulation” mode adopted by the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER) in carrying out a study report on the same topic, commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
