The purpose of this project covers the following four goals: First, analyzing SMEs’ policy decision system and evaluating current situation of assistance programs for SMEs. Second, completing four real time research projects including SMEs’ classification standard, the impact of rising steel price on SMEs and so on. Third, proposing strategies for Taiwan’s SMEs to closely interact with foreign SMEs’ related institutions. Fourth, providing real time consulting service for Administration of Small and Medium Enterprises.
