There are three main purposes of this project. First, we propose some important innovation models and strategies for the technology driven service industry by studying the experience of advanced countries (especially United States). Second, we study programs which have been implemented by research institutions to promote the technology driven service industry. To analyze the results of these programs, we construct indicators to evaluate them based on experts’ survey and the Delphi method. Finally, we propose some policy suggestions for the Department of Industrial Technology to develop technology driven service industry.
