After the Supreme Court remanded the case for retrial, the Taiwan High Court in Taipei set aside the original judgment. It ruled that the property must be returned to National Taiwan University. The judgment ordered the vacating and return of the buildings located at Nos. 63, 65, 67, 69, 71, 73, and 75 of Changxing Street, including all ancillary and additional structures. |
