The main purpose of this dissertation is to analyze mainland China’s policies towards and to understand the situation of Taiwan’s agricultural investment in China; to investigate the impact of agricultural capital outflow from Taiwan to China on domestic agricultural production and consumption; and to identify Taiwan’s optimal strategy in cross-strait agricultural, economic and technical exchanges.
