This research is separated into two parts: one is the time series data of production value and GDP both based on scale, the other is the production value of different scales of the 45 sectors which comes from Input-Output Table. There are two ways to calculate them. In order to estimate GDP based on scale, it is necessary to understand how to produce GDP account. How to cover the gap between GDP and the production vale based on the Industry, Commerce and Service Census is the first step to count GDP according to scale. Our research intends to make use of underground economics.
