This paper explores and scrutinizes the recent progress of the economic and trade relationship between China and the Latin America. China has undertaken aggressive actions to promote the economic and trade relationship with the American Latin. Since political reason is probably the major consideration for China to implement that policy, we also review that to what extent of the trade relationship between Taiwan and the Latin America could be adversely affected.
