By Car

1. From Dunhua South Road: Turn left onto Keelung Rd., then turn right at the first traffic light on Xinhai Rd. into Fanglan Rd. Continue until you reach the entrance of the Water Plant, then turn right onto Changxing St.

2. From Shuiyuan Expressway: Take the Keelung Rd. elevated expressway and exit at Xinhai Rd. Stay on the right lane and turn right onto Xinhai Rd. Turn right at the first traffic light into Fanglan Rd. Continue until the Water Plant entrance, then turn right onto Changxing St.

3. From Yuanshan Interchange on National Highway No. 1: Take the Jianguo Expressway, exit at Xinhai Rd., and stay on the slow lane heading toward Muzha. After passing Keelung Rd., stay to the right, turn right at the first traffic light into Fanglan Rd., then turn right onto Changxing St. at the Water Plant entrance.

4. From National Highway No. 3 via Linkou Connector: Exit and stay on the left onto Xinhai Rd. toward Taipei. Use the U-turn lane to turn onto the opposite side of Xinhai Rd. heading toward Muzha. Turn right at the first traffic light into Fanglan Rd., then right again at the Water Plant entrance onto Changxing St.
