Many papers in the literature have studied trade theory in Taiwan. The trade indicators commonly used for empirical study generally consist of trade value, regional structure or commodity structure, and the regional share of commodities. However, many other trade indicators exist which are very important in an empirical study. This paper systematically establishes a trade indicator database(TID) for the purpose of investigating the above and others important trade indicators.
