The purpose of this project is to promote the ability of industry innovations in Taiwan and bring the policies of government into full play. By supporting the experienced and professional technology research institutions, the government can promote the ability of industry innovations with more advanced technology researches. Some policy suggestions are given to the government to improve the innovation capacity in industry.
