「TPP、RCEP與亞太區域整合」國際研討會

　　

　　 近年來，區域經濟整合風潮在全球各地漫延，跨太平洋夥伴協定（TPP）與東協區域全面經濟夥伴協定（RCEP）的發展儼然成為亞太區域整合的兩大重要支柱。以美國為首而推動的TPP朝著「高標準、涵蓋範圍與區域廣泛，以及堪稱21世紀的FTA典範」，更被視為成為APEC實現亞太自由貿易區（FTAAP）進程的主要整合動力；而東協國家為確保其在區域經濟整合的核心地位，不僅整合和優化既有的「東協+N」模式，並加強推動RCEP，以排除「東協+N」模式擴大的障礙，加速東亞區域經濟整合的發展。儘管涵蓋成員略有不同，兩整合體卻有助於亞太區域經濟整合。於此同時，中日韓FTA以及美歐的「跨大西洋貿易及投資夥伴協議」（TTIP）也已進入實質談判階段。

　　基此，中華經濟研究院WTO及RTA中心辦理「TPP、RCEP與亞太區域整合」國際研討會，期能藉由國際專家學者與國內產官學三方深入討論與互動，讓各界了解TPP、RCEP、TTIP以及中日韓FTA的發展現況，及我國該如何因應亞太區域整合之趨勢，並提出相關政策建言供政府單位參考。
