Abstract:
In response to the global net-zero emission target, my country's transportation sector's greenhouse gas reduction target is actively involved in emission reduction measures under the "Greenhouse Gas Reduction and Management Act". In addition, benefiting from the rapid advancement of information and communication technology, electrification and the development of shared vehicles, the management, scheduling and deployment scope of shared e mopeds have become the purpose of on demand use by the public, in addition to improving the previous holding methods mopeds are idle and inefficient, and have the opportunity to develop into one of the last mile options in public transportation. However, although shared e mopeds have the potential to achieve reductions in locomotive ownership or use, and carbon reduction, they may also have a competitive relationship with public transportation, and even replace the original use of walking and bicycle trips. It is necessary to have a deep understanding of the use of public vehicles. The influencing factors of behavior change can be further clarified.
Therefore, the research objectives of this two-year plan are as follows: (1) To explore the factors affecting the changes in the transportation behavior of passersby caused by shared e-mopeds; (2) To analyze the characteristics of various groups of shared e mopeds and possible transportation options (transfer) Tendency, willingness to use and hindering factors, and discuss their impact on greenhouse gas emissions from transportation. To this end, this project has completed research on the use behavior factors of shared e-mopeds at home and abroad, the impact of greenhouse gas emissions, research methods and other related documents this year, so as to plan the "110 year shared electric vehicle use intention and behavior survey plan." The implementation direction of the pre-testing of local calls and the online survey, and the annual "111 Years of Shared Electric Vehicle Use Will and Behavior Survey Plan" based on the survey results, including survey methods, sampling methods, survey scope, questionnaire design, etc., hope Based on the results of the official survey in 111 years, the actual reduction benefits of the use of shared e-mopeds are estimated, which will further serve as a reference for future domestic shared e-mopeds management policies. According to the survey results of this year’s city call questionnaire (103 in Taipei City and 100 in Kaohsiung City), it is found that the age group of the respondents in the second city of Beijing High School is relatively high, and most of the respondents may be unfamiliar with the content of shared electric car services. Therefore, the factors of willingness to use are more diverse. In addition, because Kaohsiung City is large in size and most people are not aware of shared electric vehicle services, forthe official survey to be conducted next year, this plan suggests that the sampling method can be through the "multivariable repeated weighting method" until it is consistent with the parent structure. Or adopt the "survey method of residential and mobilephones" to plan the allocation of local calls and mobile phone samples, and the survey scope of Kaohsiung City can be set according to the service area of the industry (ten most populous administrative regions) to avoid missing some ethnic groups or groups in the survey results. Mistakes; another online questionnaire survey (431 copies in Taipei City) found that 37.6% of people with experience riding shared electric bikes, 44.1% of potential users, and 18.8% of unwilling users, even though they have never ridden. 30% of the respondents of shared e-mopeds think that they cannot replace their existing vehicles, but most of those willing to replace them are mainly based on the use of existing fuel locomotives, and additional incentives can be provided to encourage users with experience and potential users to use them. In addition, through ICLV analysis results, it is found that both "money saving, environmental protection, convenience" and "recognizing the sharing economy" can enhance the people's "intention" for the use of shared e-mopeds, and use commuters as the target of promotion to reduce the use of private vehicles . In addition, in the context of commuting purposes, saving commuting time has a greater impact on the willingness to ride shared e-mopeds, which will be used as a reference for future development of transportation policy management and promotion of shared e-mopeds related strategies. However, the substantial reduction benefits of the use of shared e-mopeds need to be estimated and confirmed after a formal survey is completed in the next year of this plan, and the competition and cooperation relationship between shared e-mopeds and other vehicles can be further explored.
